If one task is late, does the deadline move?

A project planner that finds the critical path and shows how far every other task can slip.

Requirements analysis · Project planning · Critical path scheduling · Automated testing

My part

I wrote the PRD and test plan before the code, kept the scheduling maths in plain TypeScript with no React in it, and used FlowPlan to plan my own three-week portfolio sprint.

  • 132 unit tests passed
  • 99 system test runs passed

Next.js 16 / TypeScript / Tailwind CSS / Vitest / Playwright

How much longer until it's my turn?

A live clinic queue: urgent patients first, fair for everyone else, and each patient follows the queue on their own phone.

Stakeholder interviews · Business requirements · Real-time applications · Access control testing

My part

I interviewed a clinic receptionist and three patients in Lahore, turned what they said into a BRD and three priority rules, and kept names off every public screen with row-level security.

  • 86 unit tests passed
  • 16 security checks passed
  • 98 system tests passed on the live site

Next.js 16 / Supabase / Postgres RLS / Realtime / Playwright

Who paid, whose turn is it, and what changed?

A tracker for kameti organisers: payments and receipts, turns and draws, and a history nobody can quietly change.

Business rules · Full-stack development · Data integrity · End-to-end testing

My part

I talked to an organiser who runs three or four committees at once, wrote the business rules before any code, and built a hash-chained history that the database refuses to edit or delete.

  • 189 unit tests
  • 226 system test runs on the live site

Next.js 16 / TypeScript / Supabase / Vitest / Playwright

Did version B really win?

Product analytics for small apps: funnels, daily active browsers, and A/B tests that give a p-value and a verdict in plain English.

Product analytics · A/B testing · REST API testing · Database integration testing

My part

I wrote the privacy rule first (no cookies, no page addresses, no free-text field anywhere), put the statistics in one shared package, and tested the API against a real Postgres.

  • 103 core logic tests passed
  • 155 API and database tests passed
  • 199 browser test runs passed

Next.js / Express / Postgres / TypeScript / Playwright

A test is only useful
if you can trust it.

SauceDemo / Manual QA

Manual software testing for a public demo shop: test case design, test execution and defect reporting, with a clear record of what was checked.

I documented 17 cases covering login, products, sorting, cart, checkout and logout. The supplied execution record covers four login cases; the other 13 remain unexecuted.

Behind the work.

My earlier work was with clients: understanding enquiries, keeping records clear, and making sure the next person had the information they needed.

That experience shapes how I approach software. I like asking the useful question, turning it into a requirement, and checking that the result works.

Tools I work with

TypeScript / Next.js / SQL / Supabase / Playwright / Vitest / Jira / ClickUp / HubSpot

Off the clock.

Mostly football.
Always up for sport.

Away from software, I’m a football and sports enthusiast. A match is as good a conversation starter as a project.

Let’s make
something useful.
